We'll be showing "Every Second Counts-The Movie",the Crossfit documentary filmed last year before and during the 2008 Crossfit Games. Next weekend is the 2009 Crossfit Games and since we can't all be there, we figured we can have our own little slice of the Games here at CFSA. More details to follow once we FIGURE out the details...

Let's have you crazy Crossfit Endurance types showing us what you're made of. Beware that Cynthia is back so she'll be there for the Tuesday/Thursday CFE classes along with Nick and John who have been instrumental in getting this little program off the ground.
John R. also reminded me that for you 'I hate to run!' types or 'Can't run' because of injuries types, the CFE workouts can also be done on the C2 rowers. No excuses.
Come in on Tuesday or Thursday at 8 pm for the FREE Crossfit Endurance classes and let's get some more of you out there running. Brandon and Kris would also like some more company on their adventure races. Put that fitness to work.
